How to apply to Epilogue?

We appreciate your inquest into learning about Epilogue!

Applications will be processed and will be informed in approximately 7-14 days after your initial forum post.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Step 1. All those interested in joining Epilogue must apply through the forum. Please register to the forum using your in game name(IGN) of the character for which you are applying for.
Step 2. Please wait for the forum Administrator to approve your registration, at which time you will be noted in the game.
Step 3. Using the template that follows, please fill in all information that is requested and include any extra information you feel is important to know about yourself or your character.
Step 4. Your application will be reviewed by guild members and some may even post further questions during the voting process, so please check back often to reply as needed.
Step 5. Upon final review you will recieve a note in game stting your application results within 7-14 days.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for easy going, friendly individuals who also enjoy working with others.

There is no level requirement at this time, however, there are all sorts of levels of members. Many of the senior members have been playing now for 1 1/2 years, and as such find their homes in more advanced dungeons. We don't mind helping out or giving suggestions.

Having a reference that is a member of Epilogue is always a plus, a senior member as a reference works towards your advantage as well. Please include them in your application and make sure they are aware you are using them as a reference prior to listing them. There is a difference between being familiar with someone and them being a reference for you.

Depending on your total level, you will be asked to run a dungeon that will test your skills. In some circumstances you will be expected to come up with the appropriate pass as well. During this test you are expected to be prepared based on the difficulty of the dungeon for you. You will be judged on not only just your abilities, but also how you act, and how you can adjust on suggestions made by those with you at the time. This includes trying things that may be out of your normal comfort zone of styles.

If you have been selected for a trial in which you need to come up with a pass, you will be expected to do so within a reasonable amount of time, within 7 days of request. Please try to coordinate with others based on times when most are available. "I got the pass, but no one was on or available" is not an excuse, but rather a showing of lack of judgment and planning on your part.

Be tolerant of others. We like to give each other a hard time, sometimes its obvious, other times we are being sarcastic. This is a game and we like to have fun while we play. Quick tempers are not recommended.

You will be noted in game upon completion of your application. Once you have been noted, the forum thread will be locked.

THE BASICS

• Listing false information on your application will not be taken lightly.
  
• Having a member on your friends list does not guarantee membership into Epilogue.
  
• Looting, leeching, mooching, and begging are simply unaceptable and will not be tolerated.
  
• This is Mabinogi and a game, not "Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen". Please keep your drama out of Epilogue.
  
• Respect each and every member. No one is better then anyone else. Consider Epilogue a round table with everyone as important as the next.
  
• Goofing off, cracking jokes, and having fun is good, crossing the line at someone else's expense is wrong.
  
• Remember to be patient, no spamming, don't be greedy, and no demanding. We can be very helpful over all, but we are not here to let you suck from our teat 24/7. Other members have their own goals to fulfill as well, not just to take care of you.
  
• If you ever decide to leave Epilogue, please give appropriate notice. Inform those as necessary and state your reasoning at the time as well. If you may ever want to try to re-apply after quitting, how you left will reflect upon yourself.
  
• Failure to comply with Epilogue's rules/guidelines will determine your ability to join or remain with the guild.
