ARRRRRRGGGG, long history

HolyWarriors - Leader started being selective about members and I hated how newbies couldn't join
PENTAGON - Left to join my wife in.....
<Honestly can't remember name> - Leader became inactive and guild died.
Radiant - One of the members started drama with me, and being i was the new person, i was screwed.
ValorKnights - Big Mess of expected work and drama.
Armsmasters (My guild) - ran this for 8 months, and with school starting back up, we died. So I'm having members join here.

JD is a good friend and I know she would make an awesomes guild with the same ideals that i approve of (Friendship, working together, no drama, productive environment)

There was drama issues in my guild concerning him @.@. and being a leader or some authority figure means you get to be a punching bag :3

ahahaha, theres drama issues EVERYWHERE concerning him...and im well aware of the "punching bag" aspect of things.

What did he say about me though? The only issue he 'brought to my attention' was that i was ignoring a member. Made a big deal about it.

I had like 8 conversations going, and guild things on my other monitor. I missed a section of guild chat where the member was requested my help :/.

It was just name calling I think....if someone doesn't see eye to eye with him they all of a sudden are *** and ********* in his eyes =.=

don't worry about it tho, everyone who knows his name here knows he can be petty. and he's not here to cause drama either :p

Epilogue is key to having an enviroment for which everyone gets along in the end and works together. Key components include having a diverse team that is will to do what ever it takes to accomplish things. Individuals aren't as important as the group in whole. No matter how large or small a group is, the better they work together with no tension, the more they can accomplish. Any thoughts?

I agree with this. If you don't have an environment where people get along or work together, than people won't be productive, the group as a whole won't improve, and people won't have fun.

Do you expect the ex-Armasters folks just to hang out and help each other, or become one guild united and working as a unit?

Epilogue is our new home, and our new family. I expect ex-armsmasters to try to fit in (a good number of them already are). While I do not hold authority over any of them, I prolly have alot of influence so I would encourage the merge.
