| i miss the really old toonami, back when they played tenchi muyo and thundercats....by the time they started with reboot and zoids I had already lost interest. (though I stuck with it to the ends of the earth for sailor moon and dbz...up until it hit gt anyways) | |

| Why did CN have to be blind and take aaway toonami. *pats minagi and dark on their backs* I know how you both feel they started taking away my fav animes also when they removed toonami like Case Closed and the .hack series. (Multiple series). | |

| hahaha yeah, the good old days. Things like Inuyasha and Yuyu Hakusho used to be on Adult Swim before they got put on toonami....I still remember that change, it was like a complete mind fuck. wasn't sure if I should be happy that I didn't have to stay up, or disappointed that they kept changing my schedules...toonami and adult swim during the week, and kids wb on saturday mornings (dont get btwn me and my pokemon) used to be the only times I would really watch tv <3 | |

| @sw donw worry, we all feel old in here...
@dark i know what you mean. It seems to be like that with all cartoons and such nowadays.....it's like they forgot about plots, conflicts, drama, and romance existed, and threw in retardery. it's almost as if they're TRYING to kill kids brain cells at a young age. If people are going to have their children watching tv all day every day, at LEAST let it have a plot...or some kind of twist...SOMETHING to get the kids thinking, instead of drooling mindlessly
/clears throat err..sorry about that....i hate daily cartoons now b/c of that...nickelodeon, disney, and cn have all went down the crapper =.=

| They're just keeping up with the times. It's not like movies and tv are doing any better....just rehashing the same themes and throwing it on the screen. Its always either ANOTHER lawyer/detective/agent something or other.....or another cheesy sitcom about a family....or another fall in love, try to find drama/everything works out movie....they're even rehashing the "I wish I was you" crap AGAIN (as if it was soooo popular the first few times....replacing the parent/child with 2 perverted males isn't going to make it any better guys)
I do have to give credit to the marvel universe, but they're still messing up some aspects of the movies leading up to the avengers. I've gotten to the point where I have to start drowning out dad when he gets started, cuz he'll go on and on and on about the comics and point out everything they're doing wrong -.-
