ok here some pokemon knowledge what is the weakest pokemon that can turn into the most powerful and dangerous pokemon if u dont know u need to recap on your pokemon knowledge lol

=.= you're not seriously asking that are you? magikarp ---> gyarados....but gyarados can easily be taken out by a pikachu, so u cant really call it the "most" powerful. Even a gyarados ev'd in atk and speed can loose against a pikachu ev'd in speed and spatk.

1)pikachu is higher in speed B4 the training
2)after training pikachu is still higher in speed
3)thunderbolt is an extremely good move (high acuracy AND decent damage)
4)ev's in spatk raise the output for moves like thunderbolt
5)pikachu is the only pokemon allowed to hold a light ball, which furthers the spatk (therefore increasing thunderbolt more)
6)gyarados is weak to electricity

I think she was trying to prove that Gyarados isn't the strongest. I find it interesting cause I never really got all that into Pokemon but I'm starting too... well will once I stop failing literature OTL
